Room was nice but the shower pressure was terrible. The only staff that was welcoming was the awesome valet staff. The front desk didn’t make us feel glad for staying at Bally’s and the waitress at the cafe del sol was terrible.

First time and probably the last time. I went for my birthday very lackluster. The room wasn’t clean, thankfully I bought my own Clorox wipes and wiped the area. Hairs still in the shower. The light in the shower area kept flickering, the bathroom sink area wasn’t clean, the coffeemaker wasn’t wiped down, and the phone was dirty. I understand housekeeping isnt what I used to be but, damn.

Our TV volume kept cutting off. Barely any soap or hair products in bathroom, outlets by bedsides did not work. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

A run down place. Sheets were old and didnot look sharp and crisp. An unhelpful young lady receptionist. CC on TB didnot work and the service man said there's is nothing he could do as all their tv is malfunctioning. I could not watch Tv as I lip read and depended on Cc. Will not go back !

The staff was very accommodating from the Bell Captain to Valet parking to the front desk. The casino and the lobby were clean. However, i did not like the elevators being so far away from the elevators. Thwy were equivalent to being 2 blocks away from the lobby. My brother-in-law who is physically handicapped when it comes to walking, had a rough time walking the long hallways that were slightly uphill. He had to stop several times to rest and i noticed another person who had to do the same thing. Valet parking was easy and the guys were great. The Bell Captain was good as well and had the luggage delivered to the rooms within 10 minutes after we checked in. My room was big and spacious which was nice. However, it was not clean. I found a water bottle under one bed and a Gatorade bottle and a partical french fry under another. I found the room to be very dusty from the light fixtures to under the beds and behind the furniture. There was not any hand soap in the bathrooms and when i asked the front desk about it, i was told that their order had not come in. They did find some and had it in my room when we came back from dinner. After i told the desk about the bottles under the bed, housekeeping also picked them up. Checking in and checking out were very easy .

Our stay was great and we gave Bally's 5 stars. The only thing you might do is add soap for washing our hands, the room did not have bar or pump soap. I asked a man that had service cart and was told that they don't provide soap, so we used the shower body soap.
