Accidentally booked a smoking room..didn’t think that was a thing anymore. Girl at the front tried to move us but it was not possible. Room smelled terrible :(. Outdated. Only 3 pillows per bed and there was no comforter? Only an additional sheet on top of the flat sheet. Very strange. Paid more to stay at the casino to treat my family, but will never do that again. The hotel is very confusing to navigate. Gotta go up to go down to go up again to get to the elevators to our tower..hard to find the concert. When asking staff, they just point. I worked in Hilton Hotels for 10+ years and definitely this was a downgrade.

I did the express check in. That was nice, except for the directions to our room they gave us was in a different building. After parking and hauling our luggage to the wrong room, where the hallway smelled heavily of Marijuana, the key wouldn't work. My daughter was able to finally find someone to ask them what was going on and why we couldn't get in our room. Apparently, this happens a lot. We were finally told which tower to go to. Which meant lugging our luggage back to car and parking in a different garage. Later that evening, i went to front desk to explain the situation and how disappointed we were. It took us an hour to finally get in our room. The man just looked at me with a blank stare, no apology. I finally asked, if he could comp us the resort fee for all we went through. He said, he could only comp one day resort fee. Which by the way, there weren't any clean pool towels. The only pool towels i saw were thrown in a pile and on the floor in the woman's restroom. Looking back. I should have talked to a manager. Also, when we first got to our room,there was a snack wrapper on the bathroom floor and a capsule of some sort on the carpet when you first walk in the room. The first morning we were there, i had to call twice for a hair dryer. The stay was a disappointment since we thought we were staying at an exceptional hotel.

The breakfast was 26.00 buffet with bacon and eggs, nothing special. Check in was quick, but none of staff told me where anything was not even where room was. And if you had any questions of where anything was there had the attitude like I should know. Oh and they 40.00 resort, 40.00 incendental fee they don't mention til you're there

It was mostly clean except for the elevators, people were leaving trash on them and 24hrs later its still there. Food was good, but expensive. There were a lot of food options. They need more ordering screens in the food market, 4 isnt enough, there was always a line. Casino was large, drinks were expensive. Overall, I gave it 4 stars.
