The rooms were dated, popcorn ceilings. BW Premier property but no free breakfast. Found cheaper room on Hotels.com than booking directly with BW which is inexcusable. BW website should always be the cheapest. Room was ready but wanted to charge $25 to check in 15 minutes early. Check-out too early at 11am. Couldn't use the luggage carrier unless we opted for Bell service which we didn't want. Nice location. Good value on some options at the cafe.

We stay in Laughlin when I visit my family in Peach Springs. We enjoy it every time. The bed is slightly uncomfortable but not miserable, once I'm asleep i dont notice it. The restaurant selection is great, the pizza place is really good. The rooms are clean, the casino friendly and the slots are fun.

Very clean. Staff on the ball clean room as soon as we left the room. The only thing I didn’t like they don’t have a safe box in the room. How are you to keep your belongings safe.

My room was clean, there were plenty of options for places to eat, and because we went during the week, we didnt have to fight for a machine. My only issue is upon first arrival and room assignment, my parents were assigned a room that was in the midst of being repaired. So, we had to make a second trip to the clfront counter to get a new room assignment for them. And lastly, the heat in my room did not work and it was quite cool outside. Other than that, it was a nice stay and i would definitely stay there again.
