We had a mishap at check in they got our dates of stay wrong , we almost didn’t get to stay . That was very upsetting but they helped us with getting a room . Then my daughter slipped that night in the bathtub and her knee went through the bathtub it was scary . Other then that stay was good .

Everything was absolutely perfect. We love this place. It was our second time here and we’re already ready to come back. The food is really good. Rooms are clean. Everything is easily accessible. The shuttle drives are exceptional.

Our AC and heat does not work and when we told them about it a maintenance guy came in but didn't fix it. That night we checked in and then the next day we asked them to compensate us and they gave us a food voucher. Went back the next day. They gave me 20% off one night and 20% off another night that we paid for. I come here every month because I do cancer treatments by the LeConte medical center. I've never complained about stuff until this trip. They could have compensated us our stay And they didn't even fix the AC and heat. We are actually still at the hotel
