I’ve been coming to Casablanca for the past 8 years to celebrate my wife's birthday every August. We loved the pool and , good , and service. Unfortunately is not what it use to be.foid has been horrible and the pool being close and jacuzzi unavailable is not cool.

The room was clean, check-in went smoothly. Got to the room and there was no refrigerator or microwave. The TV had many choices to watch. The room was a long way from the elevator. Had an alarm clock I set it and luckily I set my phone also because theirs never did make a sound.

Everything costs extra. Fridge $15 a day. No cart to take your luggage’s to the room. Valet said they didn’t have and luggage unless you paid to park your vehicle. Front desk associate no help especially when you book through a third party company.
