Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the hotel never informed us. We were also not given any instructions at the spa since we arrived a day earlier. They should have mentioned that we needed to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance.

Jersey Joes Diner was pathetic! Customer service was almost non-existent! That which was available catered to those they knew, not the guests of the Hotel/Casino. We waited 15 minutes AFTER being seated and received a menu, only to have a couple next to us, who arrived 10 minutes after us, to be waited on and have their order placed first. We were not even offered water, and their order was taken. Needless to say, we left and NO, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURAUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! We did thoroughly enjoy Ritas & Fajitas! Delicious food, VERY pleasant staff and welcoming atmosphere. We were seated promptly and treated as if they actually were happy, we were there.

First off, you have to walk through the casino to even access your room and it smells terrible like cigarette smoke. Not ideal for a pregnant momma and kids. Second, the room was disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the curtains and bed bugs. The mattress was so old & broken down, I sunk down at least a foot. We had planned to stay here 2 nights, but it was unbearable and we left early. When I brought up all these concerns with management they refused a refund and nonchalantly said they would note my concerns on my file. I told them I don't care what's on my file, I care about other people having a quality room and management just said, "noted". I will NEVER stay there again and strongly recommend finding another hotel.
