Love this place!
Mandi and the staff are so nice and are very concerned about your stay. I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The beds are super comfy and I felt very safe.

Room was musty when first arrived. There might have been a dog in room from previous stay. Floor was not vacuumed well and there was a live roach and other bugs in bathroom.

Definitely could use some work. The door did not have the flip lock, looked like it had been torn off. The room was clean, but dated. Had to go to the desk & request a Do Not Disturb sign for the door & the ice machine was not working.

Well maintained and mostly clean. Comfortable bed. Major problem we had: we came back to room on Friday night ad found 1/3 of the parktlot Full of trucks with boats pulled in and parked “every which away” Not pulled in spaces correctly And each boat had at least one (some two) extension cords stretched across parking lot and in to their rooms. Definitely an electrical hazard. They were stretched across several spaces so that other cars had to park on top of them. Thankfully, we found a space to park but WAY away from our room. Can’t believe that management allowed this.

The location of this Hotel was great. It was centrally located to local shops and stores. The hotel itself, well… the TV/cable worked intermittently ,ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down, and the breakfast was stocked with day old, hard as a brick biscuits with square, edge burnt eggs and outdated muffins. The butter pacts were frozen so you could not use it on a waffle if you wanted to. The orange juice machine - it came out mixed in your cup, but once it sat for a few minutes the mixture separated…yuck!

The rooms have not been updated in 25 years! The ceiling tiles in the restroom had 1-2 inch gaps in some like there were cameras up there so I had to climb on the toilet and try to slide them back in place. The walls had ill repaired holes in the restroom like my 15 year old did the repair. The room smelled musty. We rented two rooms for our family overnight emergency stay and i can assure you the price was more than twice the price of the value of the property! The staff did the best with what they had to work with but this stay guarantees my family and my kids' families will never stay at a Best Western again! We have stayed at them over the years and have been pleased with quality to value but definitely not this time! Tear it down and rebuild!!!
