Dia was absolutely lovely at the front desk!!! The lobby was gorgeous-decorated for Christmas. Our TV needed to be rebooted, and maintenance showed up at our door within minutes upon calling the front desk. I don’t know his name, but he was super sweet, patient, and got our TV up and running. We could have our doggie, which was awesome for a small pet fee of $20. The hotel is super-convenient just off of 75-south on our way to Florida. Looking forward to the free breakfast included with our room in the am. We especially appreciated the easy parking directly in front of our room, while also noticing in the front lobby all of the camera surveillance for a peace of mind. Fairly priced, conveniently located, and comfortable/clean rooms….dog walking area around the inner courtyard and pool, too, along with doggie waste bags!! We look forward to staying again next year!!

Saw the reviews on the app and that is why we chose. Big mistake! Daughter alerted me to bedbugs and hotel only advised they would send maintenance to remedy. Asked about refund and was told since it was through the app there is nothing they would do. Didn’t offer anything else after that. Poor service, poor outcome. Hope the bedbugs didn’t make it home with us!
