Not what I expect at all I stood in many holiday inn which is consider my favorite but this one definitely disappointed rub water didn’t even go down heat took forever to heat up for the room and bed covers had holes in them as if they were old Not happy and disappointed

everything is very good, only such a large hotel holiday inn and there is no coffee or tea on a permanent basis it is terrible, you wished for money for coffee for guests 220$ per day and there is no tea or coffee it is terrible

Not recommended at all. The housekeeping was so bad, the room wasn’t spacious , not allowed to dial local number , needed tea and sugar and the receptionist asked me to come to the lobby and take it instead of bringing it to the room. Not a single bottle of water was available in the room, only local tv channels available and not allowed to link our netflix to the tv. It seems clearly a guest is trash for that hotel like their service is trash.

Staff were great. Breakfast was great. Room had a musty smell - not the end of the world. Beds were very comfy! Great stay! Parking for NJ transit was between 12 and 30 dollars daily. I was concerned bc the front desk said it was about 50 dollars. I was relieved it was not!
