"Historic hotel in downtown Seattle. Room was on the small side, but clean with comfortable mattress and towels. Excellent housekeeping staff made up room daily. Starbucks coffee service in the room. The location is excellent, minutes from Pike Place Market, Space Needle, shopping, restaurants and light rail."

"We were upgraded and spoiled the entire time! They brought us a treat for our anniversary and complimentary champagne. I love this hotel it’s so special. I’m not the biggest fan of the upgrades they made in recent years but still a great hotel. "

"Staff are helpful and friendly at this gorgeous, modern hotel. We stayed in a King Suite on the 10th floor on a Saturday night, and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom had a full sized bathtub too. The soaps provided smelled great and did not irritate my skin. "
