The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.

Worth staying?
The staff here and at the front counter or front desk was amazing. All of the employees here were very accommodating, however the mattress was horrible and needs to be replaced.
