The Belltown was very convenient for visiting the tourist areas of Seattle, with easy walking access to Seattle Center and the waterfront. We were able to ride the train in from the airport. On the downside, the area of town seemed to have a large number of homeless and some drug use and panhandling after dark, and the area restaurants were a little more costly than we expected. Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again.

Second time staying here. We would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable but small rooms. Include a frig, microwave and small extra sink. This is a busy place and the staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. A few good restaurants near by. Biggest plus is the location within walking distance to city center (Chihuly, Space Needle, etc and) Pike Place Market. Third avenue is not the best of areas but it was not a problem for us.

Very convenient hotel. Close to all the places that we needed for our weekend stay. It would have been nice to have breakfast available, but at least it had coffee. ;)

We really like the rooftop and that biscuit b**** was right outside the door. It was sad to see so many homeless and everyone kept wanting us about how dangerous it could be to walk the streets Although we didn't encounter any problems

The hotel and staff are great but the location isn’t the best. Lots of homeless and people buying and doing drugs right out our window. Bell street is loud at night bc of the people enjoying their high. It’s sad and disappointing bc I’m not sure if I’d stay here again for that reason only.
