Our stay was good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.10 min walk to Pike Place Market with a few food places and stores along the way which is nice. Monorail is also close walking distance as well.

The location is pretty good and very convenient. It is close to the link station. You can just walk to the pike market, downtown shopping centers, and art museums.The room is clean, big enough, and comfortable.

Only had one elevator working. Had to wait extremely long at times. Which means elevator was always completly packed with people who have been waiting. Room still had trash in it when we got there.

Staying on the 26th floor and only one elevator was with the entire weekend. It was impossible to get on one. Everytime the door opened it was filled with people. We ended up walking 26 flights of stairs. Nothing was offered as compensation for this major inconvenience. Elevators still weren’t working when he checked out. So many people gathering in all elevator lobbies trying it get on. Was unacceptable.

We stayed for two nights and it was great! Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a product online a couple of weeks before arriving at Seattle and the staff was kind enough to keep it safe until our arrival. Our experience was 10 out of 10.
