Stayed here the night before our cruise. Loved that we could walk to Space Needle and monorail system, plus good restaurants nearby. Roof top terrace was great - what views! Staff was great with directions and suggestions, and they hooked us up with a great transfer to the ship. Highly recommend.

The staff was welcoming. The room had lumpy pillows and the TV would cut out every minute or two so we could not watch anything. Housekeeping found a hair elastic on the floor in the bathroom; trouble was...it was not mine. We did enjoy the roof top deck and the guest umbrellas

We loved this place. The staff is very friendly and informative. It’s located close enough to the space needle that you can walk. Or close enough to public transportation to easily get anywhere.

We attended a concert at climate pledge, so the location was top-notch. The property was very clean and parking was great, mind you it will take you some practice to get into a spot if you drive a larger rig (small spots). Guest complaint, and really only complaint, you pay $400 for a room and they kick you off their one large selling point… The rooftop. They close the rooftop at midnight. Everything else was great. Employees were polite and friendly.

Too expensive
I thought it was too expensive. For $400 i expected more and better quality. I had 2 double beds and they were crammed in a small room. Not even enough room to walk around the beds. Literally inches from the heater and the other wall. About 14 inches inbetween the beds. Cleanliness was good, bathroom was nice. Elevators were super slow and shuddered when reaching the top floors. Staff was nice and friendly, but didnt think the hotel was worth the price.
