Great place to stay if you’re near the climate pledge arena! The parking is really small and tight so keep that in mind if you have a big vehicle. Overall it was super clean! You could hear noise from the outside traffic but nothing you can’t handle. Would definitely stay here again.

We selected this hotel because of its available parking garage for guests and its location to an event. When we arrived we were told their lot was full and we were handed a sheet of area parking lots. None of these were overnight parking, none that were nearby were secure (they were all surface lots). A better customer experience would have been to have a comparable backup option for guests. Management could negotiate an agreement with a nearby secured lot for overflow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone driving in from out of town for this reason. We ended up solving the issue by moving our car at midnight to a spot a staff person vacated in their lot. We're grateful for her help. The staff were kind but a bit out of their depth and unprepared. Not their fault...I consider this a failure of Management. The property is outdated but clean and super convenient. The rooms themselves have been remodeled and were nice enough. It's too bad so many restaurants have closed down. We couldn't find a decent late-night eatery except Dick's. Belltown isn’t what it used to be.

Loved the underground parking and probably the cheapest you’re going to find in this area, the guy who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. The area felt safe and walkable, we were there for a concert and we walked to and back no issues. The hotel itself is a but outdated and im glad I brought my own blanket as the ones provided were a bit rough. Theirs a rooftop view but no bar and the elevators are a bit slow but in all I still would stay here again!
