We went at a terrible time. There was a hotel employee strike. They were banging on buckets and so much noise it made us crazy. Many things in the hotel were closed so I can’t give a complete review. The manager was talking with customers and did come up with a small compensation. The hotel is nice. If you select the article st tower know the rooms are small although the design uses ever inch in the best way.

Workers on strike
The hotel workers are on strike outside the hotel. It is unbelievably loud. We were woken up at 7:00am by their banging on drums and yelling. The staff that were working just tried to act like nothing was happening. It was very frustrating.

The hotel workers went on strike the day of our reservation and were picketing loudly in front of the hotel for most of the day. We were placed in a street facing room on the lower levels and the basleine volume was over 50 decibels. The hotel really needs to figure out how to keep their staff happy or manage their rooms better. I wish I'd stayed somewhere else, but it was too late to change my reservation.

My stay was amazing, i enjoyed my two days there. My bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The property was very nice and the staff was excellent., very nice and accomodating. Everyone was friendly and i would most definitely come and stay at the Omni again.

All of the dining options were incredible! The hotel was so nice and clean and in walking distance of the seaport district and downtown Boston if you didn’t mind a 30ish minute walk. The area was very safe and the ideal location to see all of Boston!

The facility itself is lovely, as always. We’ve stayed multiple times, always have a great experience. The staff overall were excellent, very accommodating and understanding as we traveled with our dog. The only hiccups were the check-in staff and the protestors which ruined our experience a little.
