The room was really nice, the staff was excellent, and the resort itself is fun, beautiful, and relaxing. The reason for 3 stars is because our shower water smelt like sewer when it was on. The food was pretty mediocre, and they placed us in a room where construction was starting at 7:00am (6:00am at home). So, we didn't even get to sleep in on our vacation due to that. But, it was very nice being an adults only and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The entire experience was great, the room had a great view, the staff was helpful and attentive and friendly. Everyone spoke English and the pools were beautiful. The one thing that could have been better, but I believe it had a lot to do with the time of year was there was some vegitation in the ocean, but the staff did a good job of keeping it off the beach.

Amazing resort. The staff throughout the property were wonderful, and the pool service was excellent. The only disappointing part of my stay was the front desk at the spa. The two gentlemen there weren’t friendly, didn’t seem familiar with the service I had booked, and their attitude wasn’t welcoming. Once inside, the services themselves were exceptional. Overall, it was a great stay, and I just wish the initial interaction had been more pleasant.

The resort was modern with plenty of amenities and things to do. We liked the ability to have reservations and activities on the app, that really helped! There was a great variety in the food and it was all very good quality. We visited in November and with the cooler weather, it would have been nice if the pools were heated or hot tubs were available in the pool area. Also their rooms only have air conditioning and ours was broken and stuck on which made the cool November nights even cooler. Those were the only two opportunities I saw for improvements.

Yes , but there moldy smell in the room as result from all the humidity , aside from that everything else is perfect
