Great rooms! Great pools! Good beach experience! Limited amount of restaurants though. The Mexican restaurant is the highlight and the sushi bar is good too. The concierges are very helpful, not pushy at all about listening to the presentations. Great service all round. More restaurants could be nice.

Rooms were good. Staff is terrible and couldn't have cared less about the people there. Terrible service and the dining is a joke. Food is decent but nothing to write home about. We liked the actual location and hotel its self but due to the staff we won't be revisiting this location which has us bummed, we had high hopes. Also something you should know before you go, this is a timeshare property and all the timeshare people that were there have commented how downhill the service has went downhill since being bought out by Holiday Inn and the staff no longer gives a dang. If you're looking for a good all inclusive go elsewhere where you'll get better service I'm sure.

I’ve stayed at the Royal Sands 6 times and it gets better and better every time. The resort is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite in every department. The food is amazing everywhere it doesn’t matter if it’s poolside, room service or the buffet. I highly recommend the Royal sands and I can’t wait to stay here again
