I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The beach area and property are absolutely beautiful, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though one pool was under renovation and there was some ongoing construction, it didn’t affect our overall experience. The food was delicious, with a variety of new options available daily, which kept our meals interesting and enjoyable. We also did quite a bit of walking, which I personally enjoyed, though I realize it may not be for everyone. What stood out most was the positive vibe and accepting attitude that everyone had. It’s a place to relax, have fun, and make new friends — life's too short to nitpick over every little detail. If you're looking for a resort with a great ambiance, friendly people, and a laid-back feel, I definitely recommend this place. We left with great memories and a renewed sense of enjoyment.

If you didn’t have an All Inclusive wristband some of the staff treated you like you were broke and couldn’t pay. There were several times we went to the bar by the pool and staff assumed because I wasn’t All Inclusive I would eat off my friends plate.

Overall a good resort experience. The room is decent with several eating options nearby. There are convenient stores in walking distance and easy to drive around in the resort area. The beach there is pretty and convenient. There’s a safe and clean area to play in the sea even though the waves are strong most of the days. The pools are easy to use and you can participate their pool dance event every noon. They also have different events each night for public. We got free breakfast buffet and the food is good. Just try to get up early and avoid weekends to avoid the long line. The main Italian restaurant in the resort is ok but slow so I recommend to eat outside. We ate twice at a restaurant called Xkat-Ik. Highly recommended. It’s across the main road from the hotel and they have some nice pet iguanas.

Nothing better than visiting the Doctor after your vacation, our family had 2 rooms and we all got bit by bedbugs. How disgusting. Couldn’t even get our money back to top it off. Lobby was super busy when we first checked in, when other resorts are super busy but still check on their guest or even offer drinks. Here we didn’t get anything just die of heat in line

I was positively surprised by my stay at Emporio Cancun. The resort exceeded my expectations, and when I had a complaint about my room, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff went above and beyond, always smiling and genuinely there to help. A big shout-out to the F&B and housekeeping teams—extremely hardworking people who made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily return.

Food options were great from morning til night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was cleaned daily. Emporio was an overall great hotel. The only thing that would’ve helped was to be informed that two pools would be closed and that construction would be going on from 7am to 10pm daily.

I need to paid more for my son more than $200 . I the cleaning was bad ,the housekeeping was terrible every day they only pick up thrash and make the beds, nothing else. I paid to much for the bad service in everything I am very upset. Never go to stay in Emporio.

MISLEADING! This hotel is far from all inclusive they charge for everything even if you select all inclusive package. They charge $20 per shot for and mixed drinks if you don’t order from their bottom shelf alcohol. If you want room service they charge $17 and they even made me pay for my Starbucks drink that’s onsite which should also be apart of all inclusive. There is no alcohol on the rooms and the staff at the Legacy bar is disgustingly rude and racist. They would not let us order food for spouses that were on the way because they said we might share with someone who didn’t get an all inclusive package, however the Latino and white customers were allowed to. This is a place I regret supporting and I will never return. I am telling anyone and everyone I know to STAY CLEAR because this place is a SCAM!!!!!!
