Long weekend in Delaware
Good budget hotel conveniently located in the Christiana Mall area. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable but hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The parking was also challenging when it’s full. The staff were polite and helpful. Would say good value for money.

Linen had blood, urine and smelled. Garbage cans were never emptied. No additional towels given and dirty towels stayed on the bathroom floor. No coffee cups and coffee and tea never refilled. Ceiling by right side of the window has a leak and there is mold. The restaurant was closed since there was no cook. We have pictures of everything. This was a horrible stay. We were very disappointed.

The room was nice. Furniture was updated. Bed was very comfortable. The only drawback I have is the fire alarm went off all night because they were testing it. Also, the sink was broken/Backed up and the bathroom was not clean.

The property has a tired feeling to it and smells of stale, cigarette smoke and dampness. My room, which was listed as a non-smoking room definitely had been smoked in before. I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes, so the smell kept me awake at night. The breakfast is not included as it is with most hotel chains. I stayed the fewest hours possible and will never stay here again.
