Third time at this property. Short two night family trip. Clean room. Modern bath. A/c was very cold - a plus! Close to shopping, dining, and not far from city center. Beds are typical Hilton - a little too firm. Pillows are exceptionally soft. Too soft in my opinion but tastes vary. Check in was quick and efficient. Ample well lit parking. Only mild negative was that breakfast is for fee. Overall an excellent stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star masquerading as a 4. First, my room was unclean. There were stains on the toilet seat, “stuff”in the toilet, and clumps of hair in the shower. The room itself vibrated all night, obviously over something mechanical. And kids running up and down the hallways till very late. I called the front desk and was put on hold. Still waiting for them to pickup the call. As a Hilton Honors member I was embarrassed for Hilton. The room I was in should never have been sold. The air conditioning sounded like an angry bear every time it went on. On a hot and humid night I had to go without air. Misery would be too kind a word for what I was treated to by Hilton and this hotel.

The property is very very dated. Whomever cleaned the room did not do a good job. There were still items from the last guest left. The front desk gave me wrong information at check-in regarding where to park in order to enter our room. That elevator was out of order. No big deal, just don’t give guests the wrong information.
