The staff members are very nice and the hotel is in a great area. My biggest frustration is there was a party or celebration of some sort going on every night in the bar during my stay (3 nights). My room was above the bar. The loud music and people screaming/celebrating was annoying and made it hard to sleep which sucked because I had to be up early every morning. This was my first time staying here since the name changed to NoMa, so this was new to me. If I ever stay at the hotel again, I need to be on the highest floor.

My overall experience there was awful, my first night i couldn’t sleep because the room next to mine was having a party had to call front dest twice for that. They charged me an extra 100 at check in. And kept adding charges to my card!

Very large room, with a microwave, fridge and coffee making. Shame there was no tea. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the winter when I got there in early September, despite temperatures being in the high 20s C. The "boutique fee" on my bill was a surprise $15/day to cover the, coffee machine, microwave, etc. It's a ploy to get more money out of you without paying the tax.

The property is so close to Monroe University and the convenient of the food, pharmacy, bank, everyday essential items is so great. For my first time in NYC and New Rochelle I would recommend this property. It was GREAT.

The hotel clerk that checked me in was extremely drunk and couldn’t find my reservation. It took about 30 mins to check in. They put me in a room the smelled like an old, sweaty, stale man. They did switch my room but that room had a similar smell but more so like mildew. I had to keep the ac on to mask the scent. My last stay, my AC power switch was broken and the remote control didn’t work. It’s little things but they are significant.
