Review for Kelly Inn (West Yellowstone). This was our first visit to Yellowstone National Park, and we had no idea about the actual distances between the park’s sights and nearby towns—but the location of the Kelly Inn can’t be beaten! The staff was wonderful, especially the day we checked in (October 12) and during our last two nights (October 14 and 15). Breakfast was great and always well stocked. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. The building we stayed in didn’t have its own pool, but it was just a short, easy walk across to the other building where it’s located. The coffee was hot and fresh all day, even in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again—no question about it!

Very nice, clean property that is easy to get into and out of. The room was well appointed and stylish. The bedding and towels were also nice. The shower was nice and HOT! The heating/cooling unit in the room was loud. We turned it off at night to sleep. The drains from the upstairs room also made water flow noises whenever used. This made it sound like rain in the room, as guests were leaving early AM. Overall, I would stay there again for all the upsides. Nice to be at a boutique hotel that was so nice, friendly and clean.

Room given was very convenient and the hotel staff were nice and helpful. My wife became ill and we had to leave early and we were only charged for night we were there. Excellent place. Would highly recommend!
