The property was absolutely stunning. Our son loved the dolphins. Wild turtles swim into the lagoon daily and swim amongst the guests. It was absolutely gorgeous
Everything was mostly good.
Except parking fee was not included in cost.
And
Need to take a train from one hotel lobby or walk about 3000 steps to your hotel.
There was a train that went to each hotel.
Parking was rather far if you rented a car..
Al boats were shut down and only one tram was running. So it was a choice between a long walk or long wait to get from one end of the property to the other.
Everything is old. Hardly any good places to eat. A big property like this needs good food and good transportation and this hotel lacks a lot. It was underwhelming for a resort this large.

Some amenities were less than exp cited from a high end resort like this. The tram did not work part of the time and had no ac. Remodeling of our floor was no complete to our area. The barely reasonably priced restaurants closed at 5:00 pm. The ones that were open late (2) were so high priced. Spaghetti dinner was $42.00. Salads were at least $25.00. A can of beer was $12.00-$15.00. Drinks $18.00 . We left the resort for our meals. Excursions ridiculously priced. $200.00 for 10 minutes for a picture with a dolphin. I can go on, but I’m sure you get the picture. This resort is an extremely beautiful. If you chose to visit his property, it does have time share units so be prepared to get sucked into a sales pitch.

Hotel area is great and very beautiful views. Internally the ocean tower is long way away from entrance and the train runs terribly slow . every time we have to go in and out of the hotel it could take up to 45 mins to reach the room. Also the breakfast buffet is not great. If they increase the Internal train freq it wohld be great or else walking such long distances is almost impossible.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpet smelled old. They were doing repairs and the material smelled.
It is a Paradisiac place, I love it. The natural views are breathtaking, however, it would be better to have more amenities near by, like places to eat and more choices that are walk-able. I wish, parking wasn't that expensive.
Amazing place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. If you want to explore the Island, they offer tours or you would need a car. Parking is $48 per day or $55 for valet, but totally worth it. You can enjoy snorkeling at the lagoon or swimming in any of the pools. They need more dining options.
