Our room was not clean. There were almonds on the carpet as well as other debris. When I walked barefoot on the carpet there was dirty that stuck to my feet. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The shower had someone’s hair on the shower wall. The bathroom floor was dirty.

The hotel is okay. Our room was very clean and we were surprised to find it had a fridge and microwave (it didn't appear in the room description when booked). The TV is tiny for the room size a couple of additional chars would be nice. The hotel is old and needs some updating. All the chairs in the dining area are torn. It is not that pricey to replace them and it would have lifted the stay experience. Our room faced the highway and it was noisy. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

That they don’t have enough employees. After the confirmation I received a text that my room wouldn’t be clean because they do not have enough employees. They will provide towels and taking the trash out if we call. That was very inconvenient because we are in vacation and we pay for the services. Awful.

Not a good stay
The towels in the bathroom had hair wrapped in it, the sign in front stated no help available from housekeeping if your stay was less than 4 days. Was already undressed so I had to find a towel without hair on it. The plug for the sink was on top of a picture in the bathroom. Just ghetto. Couldn't sleep well, sounded like water was running all night. When I informed the front desk of this at check out she has no concern. Tried to upload photo. Unable to.
