Room felt not properly taken cared of: old towels, stains on the sheets, found a shoe and plastic wraps under the bed, food left in the microwave, TV not working. For ~$150 a night this was disappointing, I've stayed at cheaper hotel that felt much better. Also the pictures are misleading, only one or two pictures really show the actual room (classic king), so why show the nice rooms with waterfront view under the same selection?

We stayed for , 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or sheets changed or towels changed. The toilet was not fixed properly to the ground and the sink was lose . I’m not super happy at all , never ever saw staff member at all . I’m going to ask for a refund of my money

Reviews on hotels.com were super promising, but the room we stayed in was a huge disappointment. The lights flickered, tv remote didn’t work, and the bathroom was disgusting (body hair everywhere, a very dirty shower curtain, and no hot water). We were originally booked for 2 nights but we left first thing in the morning and didn’t return.

My father rented a couple of rooms for family that came down for his wedding,, as I was waiting for my father one of the cleaning ladys asked me what I was doing there and said I didn't belong there, um I had a room there, no aminities and they wont clean your room unless you ask them too and when you do they get upset, really strange vibe, you can do better for the price and service.

The room was dirty, the service was poor, please dont ask for a towel because you will only have two for your entire stay ours was 4 days for our wedding, we actually retnted 3 different rooms for family members our adult kids and one of the workers acted like my son didnt belong there and also dont ask for tiolet paper either you get questioned like you are a criminal, it was definitely a waste of over 2k for the rooms.

Overall the property was nice. I liked the location being right on the canal. The room was pretty clean and spacious but the tile floors were a bit grimy. For the bad....we showed up at 6pm to check in and found no one in the office and several people complaining that they couldn't get their keys. There were two numbers to call on the outside and inside the office that no one answered. I went back and looked through my emails.... nothing about a key or lockbox. Went back through messages on Expedia and found the code for the lockbox and room number. So we did get our room, but it was definitely not clear even in messages I got from the hotel that very afternoon that there would be no one in the office that evening. One group went and stayed at holiday Inn because they couldn't find their code. Good thing we didn't need anything later, because there was no way to reach anyone.
