The reason I took stars away is because we paid extra to have a balcony and couldn’t use it because two pigeons lived out there, had a nest and had pooped all over the balcony.

I gave low stars for I left injured due to the sliding balcony door not functioning properly. I went in the balcony and closed the door all but slightly do to no screens and when I went to go back in I couldn't open it. It caused injury to my hand and after calling my husband who works with glass and following his instructions I was able to get it opened just enough for me to slide back inside. The door was opening and closes very roughly and is why I hadn't closed it all the way and had not gotten a chance to let the desk know. I had no idea I'd of been stuck out in the 6th floor balcony or I'd of not used it at all. I did inform front desk of this, nice guy, offered me a coupon for a drink, I declined and he put in a work order. Otherwise, it was nice and it was quiet, bed and staff was professional and courteous

Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. However, the room was damp, surfaces not cleaned, bedding was ripped and beds were uncomfortable. Also, only 2 towels for 4 guests. We called for more towels but they were never sent. We were turned away from the hotel restaurant Saturday evening and told to eat at the bar with our minor aged children. We understand that it was a busy night but the host was very rude.
