"Had a great room with fireplace and balcony overlooking a creek. The room was very spacious and clean. Location is very conveniently located and walking distance to some restaurants. One thing I didn't like and didn't know due to booking through a third party, they do charge a parking fee that is daily and if you stay a week, could cost you quite a bit of money. Breakfast is complimentary, but wasn't impressed with the powdered scrambled eggs. This seems to always be the norm for hotels, but they're horrible. "

"The pool was nice and warm. The check in process took max of two minutes, as we had already paid online. The two queen beds with couch pull out was one of the biggest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. It was kept very clean. Breakfast options were waffles, biscuits and gravy, 3 cereals, muffins, toast, eggs, yogurt, apple, orange juice. Best location as we were able to walk right downtown Gatlinburg. Overall very clean and friendly staff! I would recommend to everyone! We had kids also and felt comfortable and safe. "
