Staff is super friendly, the room and facilities are very clean as well. The location is convenient. Only complaint is the breakfast choices. We stayed for 3 nights, the breakfast is exactly the same and not many choices either.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, maintaining a clean safe hotel. A couple blocks from lots of dining and entertainment options, although I skipped that busy scene to visit Smoky Mountains National Park a few minutes drive away. Watch out for bears. I saw 2 right outside the hotel.

Very clean. Close to downtown. Wish the pool were outside but this isn’t uncommon for gatlinburg to be inside probably due to the bears in the area. Overall satisfied with our stay here!

Would stay here again! Spacious, clean rooms at the base of the mountains. So easy to walk to restaurants and get into the mountains. Breakfast doesn’t have a ton of variety but otherwise we highly recommend!

Room was nice enough. Checking was a terrible experience. The desk worker was rude and unhelpful, made no effort to be welcoming. If you hate your job that much, go work somewhere else. Breakfast was okay but the space where you fix food was very crowded and too small of a space for the number of people.
