My family and I loved all the entertainment. The Riu parties are fun.. there is something to do everyday. We enjoyed ourselves. We even forgot and left some money locked in the safe and they did everything to help us get it back! We were totally impressed by the loyalty to their guest!!! Been to the hotel twice. Second time it was nicely renovated. Love it. Everything is there. Food, entertainment, gift shops, etc. No need tp leave the resort. Will definitely go back.

I was very happy with my stay at Riu Santa Fe. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room was great. The only thing that I think Riu can do better is the announcement of their activities. There are some of us who like to be active while on vacation and I did not see any postings of daily activities, like beach volleyball, etc on the property.

Genuinely worst stay ive had anywhere. My entire group had issues and were in beyond disbelief at how horrible the service is. Bugs in room, one sheet blanket, food was DISGUSTING, staff were so rude and dont care about you at all they font get paid anything here clearly. Everyone working here is incoherent. Ive never written a review for anything before but this was just that BAD. There was a random glass shard on the floor of hotel and multiple arguments occurred with staff over mistreatment along with getting money stolen. Layout of pools are the only nice thing here along with the cats but the pools water is disgusting.
