The Staff is always wonderful......but the Hot Tub needs steps Into it I am short. The Beds are way too High please offer a step stool so short people like myself don't have to do crazy gymnastics to get into Bed. Also the vending machines aren't always working. Oh and the pool towels should be adut sized not toddler sized.

The room was neglected, worn and way overdue for repairs and updates. The carpet was ripped, curtain ripped, there was multiple holes in the door where they had changed out many locks, the baseboards were nasty and just did not feel comfortable walking on the floors. The room was next to the inside pool. They do not have a handle on their humidity control therefore the room was humid, uncomfortable and every metal piece in the room was rusted. There was no barrier for the noisey pool from morning until 11 p.m. so there was hardly any peace and quiet. This room never should have been given to any guest at all but shut down for it to be completely renovated. I will say there were a few positives, the location was prime, the pool area was kept with nice landscaping, the lobby was well kept and lobby bathrooms were clean. The cafe had delicious food and good variety. The night and morning staff were very kind and courteous. However, do not eat the breakfast buffet (no it is not free) it was the worst breakfast we have ever had a lodge or hotel. Many others were complaining as well. We will not be staying here again.

The stay was great, staff was nice and polite John I believe was his name! the only knock I have is I waited over an hour at the restaurant for 1 pizza but they refunded it and gave me the pizza anyway so I’m not to mad about it! Would definitely stay again and everything is a 5-15 minute walk from there!

Checked into room 348 and there were bugs everywhere. Killed 2 small roaches immediately, and they were on the wall and carpet, and then multiple bugs were on the dresser and the base of the TV stand. Called the front desk, and because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t do a partial refund or any compensation, all they could do was move us to a different room. We had to move all our luggage ourselves with no assistance from staff. No food option for breakfast, be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to get breakfast if you need to eat before 8am (we were here for soccer tournament). Staff was friendly, but kept saying the bugs were due to former guests leaving doors open. There is just no way that many bugs (over 12 total) came into a room because of a door being open by a prior guest; we didn’t even check in until after 8pm. The new room was very musty and damp, too. The rooms should be adequately checked and cleared by housekeeping and staff prior to check-in to avoid experiences like we had. Would not stay here again.
