The other gentleman was very nice and accommodating and listened to our concerns. He moved us to a much better more convenient room. The first room we were assigned was so filthy and inconvenient. The room we were moved to was much better.

Good location on the creek off the main road. Room was nice but carpet needed cleaning. Our sinks had no aerators on the water faucets so water splashing out of sink if you turned on to high

Very dirty hotel!
We have stayed here for over 30 years. We know the hotel is old, but old can be clean. We stayed in the upper building and the lobby was as dirty and then dirtier for our 3 night stay. Cleaning people don’t even have a vacuum with them. ALL windows are absolutely filthy. To sit by a window for the free breakfast was nauseating! The glass was sooo dirty. All lobby windows in both buildings were the same. Old CAN be clean. You need to get busy!! The towel rack was falling off the wall in the bathroom & the shower rod was on its’ 4th installation with no repair done to the prior 3! The adjoining room had obviously had a ceiling repair. The drywall was patched by someone who used their feet to apply it and it was never repainted. These owners need to pay some attention to this property!!!

Arrived to a moldy musty smell of a room. Turned in key and went to the Hilton Garden Inn. Parents also did same thing. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Would never book or recommend to anyone.

The desk Staff was absolutely amazing. Very sweet we’re happy to give suggestions on the area. The property itself was the problem. The are sounding the property is dirty. The rooms had broken items such as the toilet! No one cleaned our rooms and believe it’s because we did not leave a tip in the envelope that was left out for a tip. I would not go back.

Beware
Beware! Booked a balcony room but, because i had a dog had to be 1st floor(i saw 5 different dogs on 2nd floor). Shower took forever to get lukewarm. Do not let them put you in room 101, bears use thar as a walk through most of night, then during the days you hear buggies up and down the corridor.

Not clean at all. Bathroom door is not closing at all and celling paint is coming out. One bed was blanket and the other one is nothing . I called the reception and they told me they don't have any more. They charged for parking too.

We learned when we checked in that our room was actually a block around the corner at Hilltop. Parking was no trouble, the place was older, but quiet, it was clean and comfortable, and we had a good night. The staff were great. My friend left Her shoes behind, we shall see how that resolves, but we have called and asked if they found them.

Not a bad stay, customer service was top notch, room was pretty decent, only issue we had was TV did not go to channels and we could hear everyone outside partying or playing (kids) throughout the night. I would still stay here, good play at a good price

Not happy
Charged for parking. Shouldn't have to pay to park. Especially if you are staying there at the hotel. Ran out of breakfast by 8:30 am and no one came out to refill the breakfast. If you didn't get the breakfast by 8:00 am then you just didn't get to eat. Parking is horrible. Not enough spots to park.
