The property was great and so close to everything! It was nice not have to pay to park everyday and everything was in walking distance. The river was beautiful and you could see the fish in the nice clear water. The breakfast was a plus and the stay was very friendly and helpful. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff left two champagne glasses and a card in our room for us!! The only thing that I would change is that the air conditioner was a little loud. Other than that, no complaints! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our Fav, but needs some tweaks!
We love the creekside view, with balcony rooms. It’s a quick convenient walk to the Main Street. The hot breakfast and the staff that run it are awesome. The maid staff and workers that you meet in the halls are all extremely nice. The cons are the desk staff. They aren’t rude but they aren’t welcoming. They need the other staff to show them how to step up their game. One of the hot tubs was broken or entire visit, so they other one was over crowded and people staying in it. We waited an hour sitting outside around the fire (which is really nice) and then said forget it. The beds are set on metal frames that over the years have become squeaky and clankety. It is still one of our favorite places to stay, because the good things exceed the bad.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights. The staff was extremely nice. The room was clean. The bed was was very comfortable. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and food. The continental breakfast was great with a good variety of food. Definitely going to stay next time we visit.

The parking is extremely tight and cars were packed in like sardines. A haunted mansion was next door playing spooky music. The lobby location and ease to move around the property was confusing and cumbersome. Only two elevators and all rooms start on the 4th floor. Difficult to move around with a stroller and luggage carts. The room was ultimately clean and cozy. The river view that I thought I was getting was really only a small creek seen from the balcony. The actual view was Gatlinburg. The curtain header had huge dirty spots that gave us the ick but we only used the room to sleep and we were out of there. I doubt I will come back to this hotel. I will say the free breakfast was very tasty. Better than most. The parking is a real issue. My car was dented up and I had little space available to get in and out of my car.
