Overall the convenience for cruise parking is exceptional - however you now must pay for parking which I did not know had changed and was not included in my stay. I was asked at time of check-in to pay. Also, when we returned from trip and was staying another night we had to pay just for hotel parking. That should not be the case for quests staying. The first night our room was upstairs - the air conditioning did not work well and the room stayed hot. The return night we were on first floor and air conditioning was fabulous.

I reserved a room and no idea the bathroom facilities were for a midget… I am only 5’4 but I couldn’t get up without getting on my knees… I did complain .. it wasn’t a good experience .

The numbers to find your room make it feel like a maze, spent 30 minutes walking in circles and it was humid and being tired is not fun. The bed was saggy and sucked. The only good thing is the staff.

Property did not match the description and photos provided. Room/bathroom was outdated and dirty. The shower head barely even sprayed. Concerns brought to facilities attention and nobody got back to me until checkout. Was offered a discount and told to contact management if o ever return but this place is not worth it.
