Over all not good at all, pool waterfall turned off, pool was too cold, not much to do in the area. Under construction, so they had a section closed. Hotel does not clean the room or service anything. Basically you are on your own. It was so bad that I left a day early and went back home.

Although the staff was super friendly and accomodating the room had a few issues... we found the bathroom wasnt as clean as it could have been, hair on the floor and shower as well as in the bed and it wasnt my hair....

Check in was super fast and easy. Maddy? At the front desk was very nice and friendly. She got us set up with everything we needed right away. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful as well. There is a restaurant and pool bar with food but we were only here one night so we didn't have a chance to try them but from what I saw people eating the food looked good. The pool is nice and the grounds make you feel like you are at an oasis right off the main road. The room was clean and comfortable and the big shower was great! Theres no beach access walking distance from the hotel that i was aware of, something to keep in mind. I think most guests are here before going on a cruise. The cruise terminal is only 6 min away and they offer a shuttle every half hour, it was about $13 for 2 to ride it. I would stay here again for sure if i am in this area again.
