For the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere MUCH nicer and cleaner. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful! However the rooms and room locations are more of a motel feel definitely not a hotel. It’s very run down, very dirty, hasn’t been scrubbed down in a a while you could see built up dirt on the trims, corners, floors, stained bathtubs, ect. I asked for housekeeping from the front desk and they said “you check in yesterday so we don’t offer housekeeping everyday” I responded with “ok but I would like fresh towels, trash taken out, and some pillows” “well you’ll need to get her it all yourself and put it outside your door”. I’ve NEVER had that experience ever and I used to work in hotels. When we received our items it was only the pillows no towels and they were in a trash bag hanging on our door not even placed inside our room. Mind you the door has access to the public where people are walking to and from the beach. Floors inside the room definitely haven’t been cleaned in a while as I gave my son a bath and as soon as he got out his feet were already black and we just checked in not even 5 hours prior. Very very disappointing and will not ever recommend nor stay at this location ever again.

The staff did everything to make sure that we were taken care of. We cruise ship timing, shuttles, late flights in. Early debarking, top notch service & concern for our comfort. We would stay here every time we come to Coco Beach!

This is such a cute property. It is very active and a lot going on. I would not suggest a pool side room if you’re looking for quiet. This place is a lot of fun and the staff is extremely friendly.

This is a great property for families with children. Theres a lazy river pool. A sand area next to the pool and they play movies out by the pool. There’s also free breakfast with so many options from waffles to donuts or eggs. Rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but just what is needed to clean up and sleep in. The area is a block from the ocean and there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Great location to stay at before a cruise too.
