They have remodeled some since I was there in February. The On the Border is gone and they Starbucks is part of the bar area. Dining options are only Barry's Bistro in the hotel, but there is pizza available next door and other options further down.

The cleanliness of this property was noticeable upon arrival and everyday after. They took their time to make sure it was emaculate. The pool area was very nice and Barry’s bar was awesome!!!

Unexpected Fees. Hotel charges extra $10 per person per night on top of normal hotel rate. So for every family member whoever is paying will now be charged an extra $10 per person per night. Nowhere on Hilton website or Expedia is this mentioned. Guest Laundry machines were broken. Guest laundry dryers don’t fully dry clothes which is great if you like to wear wet clothes. Questioned why extra towels are needed when a family of four is in a room but they only put three towels in a room. Kid pool is falling apart, sharp pool tiles are lying all over the place.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, beach access was good and the bar/restaurant at the beach was good with bathrooms too, only thing i found very intense was the amount of chlorine in the pool (and that one of the jacuzzis was not that warm) but that is subjective i guess.
