Greeted by a cloud of marijuana smoke when we came in. This was due to a staff member smoking a joint at the entrance. Pet odor on entrance to the room. I had reserved a room with a King bed. The room had a Queen. I was told they were fully booked and could not get us another room. Breakfast ran out of coffee, water and other menu items 1 hour before it was to end - took a while to restock. Staff was generally friendly and the room was otherwise clean.

The breakfast provided had a good selection. The end time during the week should have been 10am. Overall size of room was good. The supplies in the room not sufficient. An extra tissue box would have been helpful. The toilet paper wasn't angel soft. Toilet seat was way too close to the floor. Our air condition in the bedroom didn't work/get cold, it was reported to the front desk. The carpet/rug in the hallway wasn't straight; it had lumps in it. This is a hazard if you used a cane or wheelchair. Curtains in the rooms weren't on the rods, had to overlap to close them. Finally, fire alarm went off 3x in the early hours which is supposed to when a problem (no fire) happens. However, when asked by the front desk all he said was it saved your life didn't it. Very rude and no acknowledgement of what I said. I asked what caused the alarm to go off. Would not recommend..

Bugs in the beds

We checked in on 8/22 and the we get in our room there were small brown circular bugs on the bed we found 3 of them. I took a pillow from the bed that had a bug on it to the front desk they took pictures and video of it then change our room. It was very late when checked it we probably won’t book here again very dirty not well maintained the lamp shades that supposed to be white are turn yellow the dishwasher has nothing but rust in it.

I will start with the positives the room size was excellent . The stove top burners were adequate & the full size fridge was what we wanted but the fridge was was dirty. The room was outdated . The bathtubs very slippery at an angle you can slip and fall and we did d slip and fall unfortunately. The bathrubs did not drain properly. The master bath shower was okay but the tub would fill up quickly . Alot of rust damage on the hardware to hang clothes & towels. The guest bathroom was intermittently useable . The toilet was off of the base on the floor slightly the toilet would constantly clog. The shower was not useable due to a pink bacteria seen on the shower head & that was after some family members already showered. After that no more showers or baths in that tub. The facet in the bathrub leaked water endlessly and there is a rust stain. The sink was usable to wash hands . The air conditioning wall units had ashes from someone who smokes and debris in the cool air vents . When temperatures is raised to make the room warmer the room smells horrible like a smokers chiminey , we have to lower the temperature to manage the smell. Half of my family suffers from asthma . We are cold during the time in the room at times . The room above us had constant stomping during the night. There are guards that hold the mattress in place that are a protective material that cover the edge of the bed . They scratched family members leg multiple times due to the safety piece missing .
