I stayed here for one night and the place was very average, the name is luxury but it is not I think they need to change it I liked the 80s feel of the place but it is very much average motel hotel with a pool that I couldn’t use because it was so full. Also very loud place and the bed was very hard, breakfast was disappointing. Overall average motel experience. Very nice staff though!!

Don't stay here, find another hotel!
We were greeted by Carl. He was a good guy, and tried his best. Thats really the onoy good part. We had 2 rooms booked. Very unclean and gery dated. The air conditioner in one room did not work at all and in that same room the sink drain leaked all over the carpeted floor below it which meant it just all went in the room. There were no other rooms available and we were exhausted so we stayed. It was very hot out and having no AC was horrible. The leaking drain had mold on it and it looked like it had been leaking for sone time. In the end we were only given $30 back as compensation! So unacceptable and we woukd not recommended this hitel to anyone. The place was filthy. Stains of who knows what on every bed and comforter and the sheets. Absolutely will never go back. Management did not care. 30 bucks was nothing compared to what we paid fir these 2 rooms. Just ridiculous! Stay away!!!

Terrible customer service. Front desk clerk was very unprofessional and ill mannered. The place is also run down and not well taken care of.

I would not stay here again.
The check in woman was friendly but the room was disappointing. There were flies on our bed that we shooed off but they kept returning and a bug on the wall by the sink. We also received a call at 10 pm from a woman but I could not tell what she was saying because she had a thick accent. I don’t think it was a call drop hotel staff- I was thinking either a prank call or someone soliciting adult services. I felt uneasy staying here. I will say the continental breakfast was good!

Check in was fine, room was outdated but fine. Property dirty and rundown, not very “luxurious”. Lost power overnight; Unable to get ready in room in the morning, had to leave early. No explanation to what happened. Front desk worker unapproachable, did not say anything as I turned in the room keys. Breakfast out on counter, including items that should be refrigerated like milk. Would not recommend staying here if there are other options available.

Average accommodations can be elevated with exceptional service. People with no desire to serve and zero aptitude for hospitality should not be at the front desk. Missed opportunity's on part of management to staff a below average building with above average people. Town was apparently experiencing regular power outages. We were lucky we got showers early and were ready to check out at 8: AM when hotel lost power.

Fees that weren’t originally stated for animals were charged. I had to pay $30 for a “cleaning fee” for my ESA that doesn’t even shed. Also the power was out almost our entire stay, my phone was almost dead when I woke up, and the room was hot. Nobody said anything nor offered anything
