Upon check-in, I was encountered by one of the sales girls who was extremely nasty.... her personality was extremely bad. I couldn't even get to the desk to check in without her giving me these crazy, dirty looks and almost attempting to rush past me and almost brush up against me.. not a good idea!!! Her whole demeanor was unwelcoming. She's definitely in the wrong business and being that she doesn't know me from the next guest she should be reprimanded. I checked in close to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6th so I'm sure this will give anyone an idea of who was working and who she might be. She was rather short in stature,either Asian Indian or Hispanic descent with short, dark hair.. and a very nasty attitude. That is the only description that I have of this person.
I have never seen this person before and I hope I don't see her again but if I do experience another encounter with her, I really hope that her attitude would have changed. There's no reason for employees to act unprofessional towards any guest.. regardless of race, color, ceed or whatever.. just totally unacceptable. I did not let her spoil my stay but I really hope this person will change her heart of stone to a heart of flesh.
Also, I was not informed upon check-in that the boilers were not working. The room was a little chilly but guest services was nice enough to bring me up an extra blanket
