The hotel is good, but we found a “brown” stain” on the white bed cover… but John at the reception, gave us a clean one rightaway, he did because we checked in late and the cleaning people don’t work at night… They should be more careful and make sure that everything is perfect clean

The hotel itself was nice but the rooms are dated.....I was a bit surprised how dated they were considering how nice the lobby was. Our refrigerator leaked all night, little drip sounds were non-stop. The tub plug did not work so I couldn't take a bubble bath and the tub was very dated. It's not terrible, but I expected more for Saratoga.
