3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front yard. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. This was my first experience with a VRBO rental and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. From the initial booking to check out, everything was such a smooth process. Chris kept communication open and made everything seamless. The house was absolutely beautiful and the attention made to little details right down to sunscreen options was top notch. Literally all we would have needed to bring was a toothbrush and change of clothes. The house had just the right amount of privacy while still being close by to shopping and dining options. The icing on the cake was that the house ended up being only 6 houses away from relatives, which we hadn't known were that close prior to booking, making everything even more convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation Location!!
Great communication, easy check-in, quiet, convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping, very clean, nice pool and tons of little extras (shampoo, body wash, coffee, creamer, paper products, detergents, all your beach needs including towels and the list goes on!!) very thoughtful touches. In the house manual they say at departure don’t worry about anything just enjoy your vacation and we absolutely did!!

Absolutely awesome!
We would give this house and Chris (the owner) 10 stars if we could! Check in was simple, and the house was spotless! It was exactly as pictured. We loved how well the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our extended stay, including kitchen items, paper products, beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon for get everything to the beach, etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the pool was heated to a really enjoyable temp. We loved the location which was centrally located, making it easy to get to the beaches, UTC, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait! Thanks, Chris, for providing an awesome place to stay!

Excellent property! We were very pleased with our stay. The heated pool was very nice during the cooler January weather. The host checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The house had lots of extras including beach and portable chairs for the soccer event we attended.

Perfect escape
This was the perfect escape from the cold north for a few days. This house was centrally located for our home base. 12 minutes from the beach. 18 minutes from Sarasota airport. The house was immaculate and the pool was amazing! Chris had several added bonus amenities such as providing beach towels, sunscreen and even shampoo and conditioner! Can't recommend this property enough!!

Everything was clean the pool was warm washer and dryer was a plus. All basic kitchen supplies were provided. Home owner was quick to respond with any questions. Easy access to grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and only 20 min from the island. Garage parks 2 cars easily. Spacious bedrooms with dressers and tv. Spacious bathrooms with plenty of storage. All beach necessities provided in the garage.

We absolutely loved the house and the location it was only a few minutes from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. My kids enjoyed the back patio and pool. The host had great communication and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for IMG Tournaments
Nice house in a residential neighborhood. It was very convenient to IMG Academy where we were attending a tournament. We had 2 families, and the kids had their own room with plenty of room to spread out. The pool is right off the living room and kitchen and was easily accessible and heated.

Thoroughly enjoyed this house and especially the pool which was excellent and well used. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very clean and comfortable beds. Close to the beaches and within easy reach of stores and restaurants. We’ll be back.
