Staff was extremely hospitable, the hotel was gorgeous and so hip, the rooms each space was taken up perfectly with the most amazing amenities. The attention to detail in this hotel was incredible

I chose this hotel because I had looked forward to hanging at the pool and the hot tub. The pool is in the shade after 2 p.m. (chilly) and there were not quite enough chaises to go around. One staff member wanted to charge us $45 to check in early but the other one said to just check in and enjoy the afternoon. The rooms are super cool and modern, so modern that we could not figure out how to turn off the wall light and needed to ask the front desk for help. It was embarrassing but clearly we were not the only folks who struggled with this. The shower was fabulous and the bed comfortable, but the pillows were too thick to sleep on comfortably. We checked out at 5 a.m. so did not get to eat breakfast.

Location is very convenient. Smells great inside. Breakfaat buffet great. 1 star less because the elevators didn't both work and the one that did was SO slow. If they fix that, 5 star. Also having to pay for daily parking was slightly annoying. It's not a garage and not covered.

The property is cute but the elevator would not pick up from the 3rd which was not ideal with a bad knee, figured out we needed to go up then down to the first floor. The shower had a lot of hair from the previous guest which was not ideal. The TV in our room had a blue hue on all channels, and the room had an odd smell- it almost smelled like it was trying to cover a cigarette smell although the property smoke free. The coffee I ordered prior to arrival never arrived. The staff was pleasant when I called and checked out. We didn’t have the food but it smelled yummy.

The hotel itself was very nice, classy, comfortable, efficient, functional rooms. The staff was kind and helpful, however, there was confusion on the room I was staying in and one staff member came into my room not once but twice unannounced. Then a second guest came into my room not more than 10 minutes later. My bill was sent to the wrong email and I still have not received a copy of my full charges.
