Maria the manager and the other girl shes from housekeeping they are very very rude I called to ask whats the reason for nkt wanting to rent the room she started screaming at my son hes 14 years old and I called her and she was raising her voice Since day one I felt that they had a problem with me staying there the rooms are not cleaned right there was foil with burnt pills in the bathroom and under the bed

Seemed nice and well kept. The lady at the front desk gave trash service. She acted like she didn't want to be there and she tolerated guests more than welcoming them. When I was getting on the plane I called and asked if they could mail me the phone charger I forgot in my room and she said "uh... No" then hung up on me.

Someone in room 227 broke into it and we were in room 229 very very close the balconies touched the lady asked me for a screwdriver at 3:00 in the morning after setting my car alarm off I called the front office the lady didn't do nothing but security and then they kept coming back banging on that glass window they had a job somehow from the first floor to the second floor to get to the balcony I don't know how they didn't offer her to move his rooms the power was off two different times no water no heater in the rain we got sick other people got up to 50% off or a free night we only got 18% so $18 back what's that going to do that wasn't satisfying us the manager was named Maria someone should complain over her and lose her job she's very new of a week to two weeks she needs to be fired and we should be confinated or refunded for one of those nights either refunded or key credits cuz we didn't get two nights of used without power water how to stay dirty pretty much got ammonia I should turn them in if we can't fix this somehow thanks I may stop using Expedia if this isn't fixed ASAP and something is taken care of Maria
