Very good and basic room. Great location, located right off the peninsula from Cedar Point. Staff was wonderful at check-in and the breakfast lady was excellent. She was on top of filling items back up. Room was a little underwhelming- for the price paid, I would recommend paying $50 more for a cedar point chain hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful—she provided breakfast recommendations, taxi service handouts, and free water bottles. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Our room had a surprising step down, an unlocked adjoining door, low shower pressure, lukewarm water the first night, and missing towels after cleaning. We chose this hotel for its low price and proximity to Cedar Point, and it seems we got what we paid for.

The property is not very well maintained. Dirty linens on the bed. Heard the train all night. Tv did not work. No wifi. Walls are paper thin so you heard everything next door. Also heard the train honking all night

I typically don't like leaving bad reviews but this was one of the worst hotel experiences. 1st let me say that the staff was friendly and kind but unhelpful nonetheless. When we got to the room I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I wasn't angry but did have to go get it. After a long drive, we tried to get some sleep and there was a terrible and loud knocking sound coming from the walls. I called the front desk and despite trying to check ot out, they couldn't figure it out. I didn't sleep all night. When we went down for breakfast the door was locked and there was nothing set up, so we had to go out to eat (an expense I wasn't expecting). Before we went out for the day i stopped at the front desk regarding the noise and breakfast. I was informed that hreakfast wasn't there because the employee didn't come to work on time... essentially there was no staff through the night. I showed them a video that i took of the noise and emailed it to them at their request. They said that they had no odes what it was but would handle it. When we came back 7 hours later it a as still banging away. To top it off, our room door was open for anyone to walk in. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and advised them how unhappy I was. They gave me a new room but it did not have the hot tub that i had paid for in it. There was no offer to compensate me for the lack of that amenity that I paid for. The new bathroom was filthy. Don't stay here until they fix it!

We chose to stay here because of the short drive to Cedar Point. The room was clean, the breakfast was more than I expected, and the staff made checking in and out very easy. I would stay here again if in the area.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, all spaces were clean and well maintained. Rooms and beds were comfortable with good pillows. Continental breakfast was well stocked and good quality. This was a perfect spot for us, and so close to Cedar point. We will stay again next year! Thank you to the staff!
