Worst stay ever . The toilet was not in operation it is nearly impossible to contact the front desk to get somebody over .The shower had bugs crawling inside it was disgusting .The corner of the shower on the outside was dirty with brown stuff on it and their was a big hole . When I went to check out and told them about the toilet all they said was yes we been having reports that some toilets were not working Really!? I had to go through channels to get ahold of the front desk to get the WiFi passcode because the front desk neglected to share that info. It was not a good stay

The first day I arrived a hissing sound that went off and on and a crackling sound from the heating system, went on all through my stay, I reported it and it was not fixed. There was a power outage on another nite and the emergency lamp in the room did not work. One of the chairs in the the room was weathered and old looking. I was on the first floor you could hear all the noise from the upstairs rooms. I must clarify I was offered to move, but I had already unpacked and it was a lot of a chore to repack. Also, the staff was nice and accommodating except for the young lady on check out day, she was dismissive when I shared and issues with the room and the money that is take as a deposit. Also the ground are lovely and the views great, but no really safe way to get to the beach.

The hotel is clean and safe. Staff was very friendly. Breaks was not included but tgere is a restaurant next door. Room was old and needed updating. Bed was comfy but no ac and wall ac unit was rusty.

Very friendly receptionist, quick check in and was able to accommodate changing rooms (due to needing a ground floor room), loved that they are pet friendly, and lots of beautiful spots to sit and watch the ocean. Definitely will be coming back.
