I have stayed here for the last 2 years during the same time for the same event and have never had an issue but this time was insane. The air didnt work, the phone didnt work, the noise was out of control until 3 am and people were even smoking weed in the hallway. I called multiple times to the main office but nothing seemed to work. I was very disappointed.

The bathroom was in dingy, the water didn’t drain from the sink, the floors had stains. It looked old and dirty. The staff was nice. The parking was easy.

Well soon after we got to our room, i noticed a leak in the bathroom shower, up in the ceiling. We had already unloaded our stuff from the car. So I went to the office, they gave us a different room. We slept the night there, and noticed the next day that the toilet wasn't flashing so we went to the office and told them about it. They said that they have no maintenance person available. So in the mean time i seen one of the maids and asked her for a plunger. We tried that and no luck. So went back to to office and told them that we would be gone for a couple of hours and if they could fix the problem. Well when we finally got back, checked our toilet a d it was the same. They didn't do anything to it. So we went back to the office and see what they could offer us since we had one more night there. We told them to give us another room with a king size bed. Which they did. The room was ok until i sat on the bed. I sat on the mattress and there was A big dip in it. It was a very uncomfortable to sleep on. We've gone in the past to this motel and it was always good, no problems.

We were put in a handicap room which was fine. The room was dirty and it smelled. There was hair in the shower. The toilet seat was dirty. The towels were rolled into a cabinet that had circles. When you pulled the towels out you could see a buildup of dust/dirt the floors were dirty. You couldn’t walk around in bare feet otherwise you’d feel stuff on them and your feet got dirty. I have pictures of the filth but can’t figure out how to get them uploaded from mymphone
