The food was delicious. We ate outside overlooking one of the two beautiful pools. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly that we felt like welcome favored guests.

I was charged for parking yet there was NO PARKING available. I had to park in a loading zone both nights we stayed there. Every single morning, we were awoken at 7am by kayak lessons on the lawn directly below our room. At 8am, we were reawakened by someone stomping on the floor with full force in the room above us for 5 minutes straight. The bathtub was miniature, the sliding barn door for the bathroom was very heavy and is a safety hazard waiting to happen. The handles broke off the cabinet doors in the kitchen nook. Room had a fairly strong odor, bathroom fan didn't work, cricket that wouldnt stop squeaking all night every night. Facilities overall are fairly nice, but didn't love that I paid for a upgraded suite with a view and got a view of the construction project. Parking and resort fees charged on top of hotels.com fees even though it says included.

Way too expensive you pay for what you pay for online and then there’s resort fees taxes, and forget it. If you have dogs there’s even more fees I ended up paying double than what I felt I needed to and then I was placed in a room where a light fixture Brightened my room throughout the night.

So, the stay started off super rocky. The system, for what I was told, the power grid in the city went out and we weren't able to get key card for the evening which required the security guard to get us in the parking area and our room. OK, no big deal. We got in and I figured we'd get our card in the morning and awesome. THEN, the TV went out literally. So I called and they said they would fix it. They claimed they fixed but nope. I asked them to fix it again and they weren't able to do so which is when they asked to have my family move to another room? I said, unless it's an upgrade, I want a full refund. They gave us a good suite, didn't charge for the parking, and the rest of our stay was worthwhile and very relaxing. Thank you to those at The Dana! The food was excellent and the staff was very understanding and accomodating.

Got a suite on the bottom floor Bayside. Room was clean big and comfortable and was nice having a patio that was steps right out to the bay. Was a staycation for me and the wife the Jacuzzi was amazing and the heated saltwater pool was AWESOME. We booked a King Bed Junior suite but found out those are only on the upper floors and since we had our bikes with us asked for a floor level junior suit which are the two queen bed suites which wasn't an issue at all for us and they were very accommodating. Very clean and nice property and the service from everyone at the check in desk was friendly and professional. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site Firefly but seemed busy whenever we went to the pool. And they have a nice selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby. Highly recommend the Dana will def be back
