The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is also excellent. I've dealt with Jennifer several times over the years and i can always count on her. She's always so pleasant too. This trip I realizes several hours after we'd checked out, that i had left my down pillow behind in our room. The staff had already turned it in but had sent the pillow case to the laundry already. Jennifer tracked it down and had it ready for me when i arrived to pick yp the pillow. Your staff is top notch! Thank you for another wonderf stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the next morning, the bathtub drain was clogged. When I turned my key in, I told the lady that we were unable to shower because the tub would not drain. Her response was “oh”. Everything else was perfect.

If this is you are a first timer to Frankenmuth or if you are looking for a budget, friendly motel, the Frankenmuth Motel is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly, the location is great, and the rooms are clean.

The room was very clean, in the beds very comfortable; however, The bathtub was a bit dated and made a vinyl so it didn't look as clean as it actually was. Also, if you like a really dark room to sleep in at night they have lights outside of the windows that stay on all night, and even when you close the blinds the light still comes through.

Room was clean but ... although the hotel parking lot looked empty, everyone staying was put next to each other, I would have preferred not having all the cars outside our door. There was no chain lock on the door, felt somewhat unsafe, 2 older ladies staying in the room. The breakfast was basically donuts - not breakfast. Generic soap, poor blow dryer. The electrical outlet was fitted with 3 big appliances in our room, probably a fire hazard - need to get a power strip.

The first thing we noticed off the bat was, although the hotel looked very empty, (there were only a few cars in the parking lot) we were all in the same bank of rooms and because it’s a small hotel even though everybody was relatively quiet they’re literally outside your door in the parking lot getting in their cars and wheeling suitcases, etc. They could’ve spread us out a little bit to give us a little bit of quiet and privacy. We were told we would get breakfast with our room and when we inquired it was donuts and pastries. Not what we were thinking for a hotel breakfast. The room was OK, but the beds were on metal bases so every time you bumped the bed it sounded like thunder and that was annoying at night. The door to the room did not have a chain lock - it was a little nerve-racking for two women being on the first floor with a parking lot outside of the room.

We had the deluxe 2 queen room and it was a spacious room, comfortable quality beds and spacious bathroom. My only suggestion would to have brighter lights above the vanity/sink in the bathroom. The TV was very updated and easy to figure out the station's.
