It’s an older hotel and shows its age in some ways. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. All workers were welcoming and helpful. The adjoining restaurant served good food and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of choices. Excellent value. We enjoyed our short stay there and would stay there again.

The heater was very noisy and was hard to sleep! We had a fowl smell come and go constantly, was very gross. Was disappointed that you had to ask for room service, most hotels do normally I thought? Maybe times have changed?

Erin at the front desk was Horrible!! I had recorded a sound that the heating unit was making. The noise kept me up most of the night. I told her about it and she began to scream at me!! Did you call the front desk? I said no because we did not come in until 11:00 pm. We have maintenance 24 hours a day she screams at me. I returned her rudeness with well I’m telling you this before the next people come. She handed me off to someone else to finish checking me out!! Very very rude!! The gentleman was embarrassed and apologized to me.

Good for a quick trip
The check-in personnel was very friendly and informative about the facility without having to ask. A restaurant is connected which makes it very convenient. Not far from then Mayo Clinic.
