Hotel town renovations in deep cleaning

Room was not clean, smell like mold in mildew, shower was dirty. Had to place a towel on the floor of the tub to shower. sheets and towels not white. They’re brown like they don’t use bleach. Openings in the Ptac causing bugs to come into the room. beds was very uncomfortable could feel every spring when check the mattress they were extremely dirty.

Not a good stay

The room was ok but very strict about extra towel usage. Also the roof leaked in our room and they were very unapologetic about the issue of the room and acted like I was the issue instead of the room. They had a normal hotel breakfast similar to other hotel breakfast with small eating area.

I had death in the family and was unable to get to the comfort inn and wanted to cancel Expedia said they would call Comfort Inn and return my call in 24 hrs and never did so I got charged 89.00 so I am not using expedia again and I used Comfort Inn all the time but I will not use it again

Good for a Quick Stay

The location is quiet yet close to I95. We frequently stay at this hotel on our way down south. The hotel is adequate, the rooms are a little worn , but the staff is nice and it’s a good place for an overnight. The included breakfast is good too.

The smell in our room was so bad we went to walmart and got fabreeze. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, and breakfast was wiped out at 8:45. We decided to eat the money and not stay a second night. The staff was super nice.

Unsafe hotel and filthy

Very old hotel. Terrible smells and they attempt to cover it up with over scented hallways. Cracked glass over pictures that they didn’t replace, chipped and stained paint in bathrooms and bedrooms. Our room was opened by someone else’s key card at 1:00 A.M and management said ‘oh we have a lag in our system’ I say No you have a serious problem! They didn’t apologize or refund the cost of the room for that night. That is inexcusable (yes we forgot to use the inside security latch). Probably the worst hotel in my 67 years. Old fixtures in bathroom with rust and discoloration. No effort to upgrade anything. A dampness feeling on the first floor. Unruly guests in the hotel didn’t help either. When management was approached about issues they never give you that ‘customer is right’ but smile giggle and make excuses. Holes cut out of walls in the rooms never repaired where possibly electrical outlets previously existed. No excuse !! Loud air conditioning units. A complete disaster and it ruins the brand name of Comfort Inn. Can’t tell you how seriously you need to avoid this place! Slum!

The hotel looks good, the agent at the front desk were cordial and helpful… the room was nice but the mattress of the sofa bed has blood stain and really dirty..,, the rug was kind of sticky. The AC of the elevator wasn’t working and has lot of trouble getting the WiFi. The water in the jar that was on the lobby was horrible, taste like an old water that had been never be change, the guy in the front door was so kind and gave me a bottle of water. The hotel needs to change the cleaning crew

AC issues

Only problem was the AC unit was leaking inside the room. A third of the carpet was soaked. Notified management upon check out. Hopefully the can fix it and replace the carpet. Otherwise perfect location for our travels.

Filthy Room and Towels

The room was dirty, old food was under the pull out couch, the room smelled like mold, the towels were dirty (grayish color), and there was a roach crawling on the table.
