The rooms were nice and for the most part the staff was friendly. The food was just so/so, not anywhere close to being 5 star.like I read in some of the other reviews. The staff was always trying to upsell you on something. There wasn't a lot of beach to walk as they have it segregated off by some of the close by resorts. Also, there is a private beach club property right next door that does events. It was so loud one evening until about 2 AM, the vibrations came right into the room. Finally, the water park was closed all but one day we were there and could not get straight answers from the staff. I just felt like they would tell you what you wanted to hear. I enjoyed my vacation but would definitely not go back at these prices.

Beautiful resort, very friendly & accommodating staff. Great for couples looking to relax & have great food. 10/10 stay. The only constructive feedback I have is that it is NOT "ALL INCLUSIVE". Transportation to & from the airport is NOT included, dinner at the "Blind Butcher" is not included & very overrated (food is 6/10), and the staff does a lot of upselling. Aside from this, the resort is beautiful, the service is phenomenal & I do recommend staying here.

The layout of this hotel is gorgeous. The restaurants are beautifully designed and the food is top tier! The beach is clean and private. Lastly, all the staff are super friendly and helpful.

We went to the adults only part and it was absolutely beautiful and the service food and staff was amazing the only set back was the drinks they were not good at all . I still would return to this property

The tranquility, the good service, the regular cleaning in the room and in all areas of the hotel, the exquisite food in each restaurant, good drinks and the attention made my stay one of the best experiences I have had in hotels. The visit to the Spa is a must and if you can become a member of the concierge club, even better. For me this was an important part since I had access to all areas of the hotel without time restrictions. (Exclusive bars, restaurants and pools) Definitely another level of vacationing!

This is the best resort in Punta Cana. We’ve been to the Dominican Republic over 10 times and this resort exceeds them all. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended. The beach was amazing, the service was exceptional, the food was incredible and the staff was warm, friendly and super helpful. Our butler Eli is the best of the best. He took care of every detail and did not miss a thing. Thanks to our butler Eli, Brian-our server at Breakfast and Lunch, Gilbert at concierge, restaurant Manager John Carlos and so many others that I can’t remember all the names. Thanks for an incredible vacation. You all are our DR family👏🤗❤️

This place was absolutely beautiful. Didn’t have not one bad meal. It was a girls trip. The only thing was not much of a night life. This was more for couples. Even though wasn’t much of a night life, I enjoyed myself. It was a very relaxing vacation. The ocean and pool was great.

Every was nice and very good personal.. but I find get the “VIP” benefit mentioned to me. Also they as me if we were celebrating any special occasion and we said it was my Birthday! But there was no distinction of it just mentioning bcs i think it’ll would have been nice and memorable…
