Pro: Hotel was clean and staff was nice. It’s situated near the highway and only 10-15 min drive to downtown Portland. Ok if you’re just going to sleep and leave. Area appeared safe. Cons: some of the equipment (tv/fridge/etc) wasn’t plugged in. Thought it was broken until we saw that the power bar was unplugged. Shower head was leaking and splattering water everywhere. Water dispenser was empty. Internet did not work which meant a that the TV channels were inaccessible.

It seemed a lot smaller than adverstized. The shower was damaged with open holes in it as well. SIgns of disrepair were evident throughout the property. Staff was friendly.

Behind the bureau was full of trash carpets were sticky the room smell like cigarettes or weed. Bathroom walls were disgusting. The shower wall dirty. Towels smell like they weren't properly wash with clorox. The chairs in the room were dirty and stain. The comforter were stain. The toilet was out of place.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review but the bathroom was moldy and leaking water from the ceiling to the point that it was all down the walls filling the floor and running into the hallway.

I was obviously in a recently renovated room which was the only thing that kept me from leaving. However, the bathroom wasn't. The room and bed were comfy but the shower was stained and disgusting. On my last shower, there was a brown recluse in there with me. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everyone walking by, talking, and every single door open and slam shut. Overall, this place should be way cheaper.

Room was on second floor, exterior entrance and the outside lights were out on half the building. Coffee pot had coffee stains inside the pot. Bathroom door could not be latched close.

Our check in was extremely slow. When we got to our room we were disgusted with how unclean the room was. The bed had stains on it, the floor had dirt and dead bugs that weren't swept up & the bathroom sink was missing the handle.

Booked room due to no pet fee but when I arrived pet fee notices were posted all over front desk. Toilet paper holder and chair broken in room.
